Any treatment employing liquid solutions necessitates a total, deep and turbolent contact between the detergent and the contaminating agent that cover the parts to be treated.
The Agito machines arrange an immersion cleaning and an agitation by vertical movement: this movement allows a continuous renewal of the liquid in contact with the parts in treatment increasing the cleaning results in comparison with an usual static cleaning. The vertical agitation is obtained by a pneumatical cylinder, out of the basin, connected with the internal loading platform.
It’s possible to produce multi stage system in semiautomatic or automatic version by aligning the single units according to the treatment wich the mechanical parts must undergo. |
In order to optimize the cycle treatment, it’s possible to install optionals like:
De-olier: usually included in the degreasing tanks, the de-olier divides the water from the oil (no emulsion) in order to increase the life of the cleaning solution. The circuit is composed by a pump(3) that aspirates from the equipment’s tank(4) by a divice that follows always the level(2) and send the liquid to the separation device(1). From the separatin device the water come back to the tanks(4) and the oil goes in an external tank(5).
Filtrations: for special requirements it’s possible to install filters 1 to 100 microns retention. For these machines are usually installed bag filters(1) feeded by an indipendent pump(3) that aspires the liquid from the tank(4), press it in the filter(1) and re-send it back in the tank(4).
Automatic water restoration: the continuous use of the heated equipment cause a water’s evaporation that reduce the water’s level inside the machine. In order to resolve this problem, it’s possible to assemble an automatic level restoration system.
Fluxing pump: to increase the cleaning results it’s possible to install a fluxing pump to move the cleaning bath.
Rollers conveyors: in order to help the transfer from a machine to another, it’s possible to install roller conveyors (also motorized )
Ultrasounds: when the dirty is hard to remove and dry, it’s possible to install ultrasound power that remove this kind of dirty from the surfaces.
Drying: it’s possible to install drying system based on heated air circulation
Indirect heatings: if the treatment products produces many deposits, it’s possible to have an indirect heating by electrical resistances immersed in oil chamber.
It’s possible to adapt Agito machines to many special treatments. Usual treatments are: cleaning, phopating, burnishing, oiling and paint-removing.
Agito machines are built in 6 standard models but it’s possible to custom it for special requirements.
