The rotating platform washing plants are highly recommended for spray treatments on small and medium-sized mechanical pieces.
The transport system consists of a rotating table that turns round a central pin and conveys the pieceholding satellites to the different treatment stages.

The movement of this platform can be either continuous or of the step-by-step type: in this case the platform can be manufactured to ensure absolute accuracy in the positioning of the pieces to be washed, if a positioned washing is required. Furthermore, the piece-holding satellites can be made rotate.

Loading and unloading are concentrated in a single position, and accordingly the pieces can be handled by an operator only; moreover, this arrangement makes the machine fit for being inserted into island-type production lines.

The following chemical and physical treatments can be performed: washing, degreasing, phospating, drying, passivation, oiling, paint stripping, sandblasting etc.

In order to optimize the treatment cycles, some optionals are supplied on demand, such as:

De-oilers: mainly positioned inside the degreasing tanks, they are used to separate the oils from the washing solutions, so as to prolong their life. The circuit is made up of a pump(3) tapping off from a tank of the plant(4) via a floating tap(2) that follows the level and conveys the liquid to the separation compartment(1). The water leaving this compartment returns to the tank(4), while the oil is conveyed to an external tank(5)

Filtration: filtering systems can be mounted to meet special requirements (1100 microns retention). As a general rule, bag filters(1) are adopted, supplied by an independent pump(3) that tap off the liquid from the treatment tank(4), pushes it towards the filter(1) and conveys it to the reservoir again(4).

Automatic fill-up: the continuous use of the plant often makes the water evaporate, and accordingly the liquid level in the tanks tends to fall in the long run. In order to solve this problem, suitable systems can be installed, that automatically restore the level inside the plant’s tanks.

Drying and/or blowing: a hot air circulation drying and/or blowing system can be installed as standard on all machines.

Indirect heating: if the treatments produce deposits inside the tank, other tanks with indirect oil-bath electric heating can be manufactured.

Motor-driven vertical opening doors

Detergent dosing pumps: low-capacity pumps, which inject the detergent inside the storage tanks to offset the product leaks and wear.

Dredges and chip removers: positioned on the bottom of the storage tanks, they collect the chips or sludge removed by the wash.

Spraying masks: when the components to be treated require an accurate cleanliness level, special ducts can be installed that make it possible to hit critical areas also at high pressures.

Additional tanks: for particularly complex cycles, several tanks can be installed in a single block or outside, according to the customer’s requirements.
