Pumps
Ceever has a wide range of motor-driven pumps that couple the advantages of an open impeller with the ones of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, specially recommended for conveying slightly aggressive liquids with solid suspended particles. Cast-iron pumps are also available.

Filters
A wide variety of liquid filters are available, from basket filters to bag filters ensuring unparalleled retention. We can supply also aggressive filters for pressurized and vacuum liquids.

Gearmotors
Our gearmotors are of different type and size, with aluminium or cast-iron casing, and are manufactured according to unified standards.

Valves
We can supply a variety of valves of different types (ball, butterfly valves etc.) and materials (stainless steel, nickel-plated carbon steel etc.)

Heat Exchangers
Heat Exchangers
We can supply also heat exchangers of different type and size for burners, steam, diathermal oil and superheated water.

Baskets and containers
Due to changing production requirements, innovative and customized piece holders are to be designed. Baskets, container and other supporting devices are available for pieces of different type and shape.

Spraying and sandblasting nozzles
We can supply nozzles of different type (cone and flat-blade nozzles etc.), size (in terms of capacity) and material (carbon steel, AISI 304 and 316, plastic).

Doors and shutters for liquids
A variety of liquid shutters are available, of different size and sealing level and for various types of liquids.
Our production includes automatic opening/closing systems.

Guns and hoses
Ceever can supply guns with dedicated nozzles and hoses for sandblasting machines of different type and size.

Microspheres
CEE GLAS is available for peening/non-abrasive sandblasting booths, in “dry” and “wet” applications. CEE GLAS microspheres are made of high-quality tempered soda glass ensuring unparalleled shock-resistance. The composition of the glass ensures also outstanding wearproofness and impact strength. The microspheres are produced in their spherical shape in order to uniform both the internal stress and the impact strength.

The CEE GLAS microspheres are packaged in jute bags (25 kg), inside a polythene casing containing a separate package of hygroscopic material.

Corundum
CORUNDUM (aluminium oxide, electrocorundum) is used for abrasive sandblasting or rather abrasive sandblasting/peening applications, when CORUNDUM is mixed in a correct ratio with CEE GLAS microspheres.
CORUNDUM is produced from natural material, i.e. hydrargillite AL(OH)3, diaspore ALO(CH) with kaolin AL203 -2SiO-2H2O components impure due to the presence of iron, titanium, calcium and magnesium oxides.
This heterogeneous material is subjected to heat, mechanical and mechanical-magnetic treatments, calcined and sieved (magnetic separation), so that the retained material will be classified by secondary sieves in order to classify the CORUNDUM “grains” according to the F.E.P.A. (Federazione Europea Prod. Abrasivi) standard.
At the end of this process, the A20 content of the obtained material is increased up to 95-96%, and the impurities deriving from the presence of magnetic iron, slightly magnetic ferrous oxide and non magnetic ferrous oxide are minimized.

CORUNDUM is packed in 50 kg bags made of special high-resistance cellulosic fabric, with an internal polythene casing.
The grains specified above conform to FEPA standard applicable to hard abrasives.
