CEEVER has been designing and manufacturing industrial washing systems since 1959, supporting Italian and international companies in the cleaning and surface treatment of metal components. CEEVER specialises in the design and manufacture of solutions for industrial washing and the surface treatment of metals, tailor-made to suit the specific part to be treated, the contaminant to be removed and the required end result.

Industrial washing machines are automated systems designed to remove oils, greases, swarf, machining residues and contaminants from metal and mechanical components. The aim is to ensure the surface cleanliness required for subsequent production stages — painting, assembly, quality control — or to meet customer delivery standards.
Depending on the production process, the geometry of the parts and the level of cleanliness required, different technologies are chosen: spray washing, immersion washing, hydrokinetic systems or robotic high-pressure washing.

CEEVER offers a comprehensive range of industrial washing systems to meet every production requirement. Each product range is available in standard and customised versions, with a variety of automation configurations.

Spray washing cabins are ideal for cleaning small and medium-sized components. The workpiece is simultaneously subjected to chemical, mechanical and thermal action via high-efficiency nozzles. Available with a fixed or rotating platform, in manual and fully automated versions.

Industrial washing tunnels continuously convey parts through sequential treatment stages: washing, rinsing and drying. Suitable for high production volumes, available in linear or loop configurations. Ideal for integration into automated production lines.

Multi-tank systems perform immersion cleaning in sequential tanks, with the option of incorporating ultrasonic cleaning for complex geometries. Suitable for multiple surface treatments in a single cycle: degreasing, rinsing, phosphating and passivation.

Hydrokinetic washing systems combine the mechanical action of the liquid with the rotation of the drum to achieve extremely short wash cycles and high productivity. Compatible with water and modified alcohols, they are the ideal choice when cycle times are critical.

High-pressure washing using 6-axis anthropomorphic robots (300–800 bar) is the ideal solution for cleaning and deburring components with complex geometries. The robot positions the nozzle with millimetre precision over every part of the workpiece, delivering results that would be impossible to achieve with fixed systems.

Industrial sandblasting machines prepare metal surfaces prior to further treatment by removing oxides, rust and casting slag. They are available in manual cabin models, automatic models and bespoke models designed for integration into production lines.
