TUNNEL.CIRCON
Tunnel washing machines with circular conveyor are particularly recommended for spray treatments of mechanical pieces of small and averages dimensions. The system of transport is composed by a rotating table that, moving around a central pivot, transports pieces holder satellites in the different stage of the treatment.
The movement of such platform can be continuously or by step: in the latter case, the platform can be built to guarantee an absolute precision in the positioning of the washing parts if a positioned washing is necessary. Additionally is foreseen the possibility to put in rotation pieces holder satellites.
Loading and unloading places are located in the same position, so the operation of pieces handling can be executed by only one operator.
This disposition makes the machine particularly appropriate to be integrated into lines of production with island organization.
